TV Broadcast

Following acquisition upon completion, One Ocean: No Limits was broadcast on RTÉ2 on Sunday December 14th 2014 at 8pm and was still the 3rd most popular on the RTÉ Player two days after its broadcast - see image below & click for larger image. It was also repeated on RTÉ2 on Sunday August 16th 2015 at 8pm.

It was also listed as one of RTÉ's TV Highlights for days after the first broadcast - see image below & click for larger image.

International Festival Screenings

One Ocean: No Limits had its at the 11th Annual San Francisco International Ocean Film Festival on Sunday March 9th 2014 as the closing film, where it was screened to a large audience at the Bay Theatre on Pier 39.

The second North American screening for the film was at the Boston Irish Film Festival on Saturday March 22nd 2014 in the Somerville Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts while the film also screened at the prestigious Newport Beach Film Festival on Sat April 26th 2014 in Triangle 5, Newport Beach.

One Ocean: No Limits was then selected as a Finalist in the Surfing & Ocean Sports category in the BLUE Ocean Film Festival in Florida in Nov 2014 and was also be screened at the Flagstaff Mountain Film Festival in Oct 2014.

One Ocean: No Limits was announced as Runner-Up in the Best Documentary Feature Category after its screening at the All Sports LA Film Festival in November 2014.

It was then screened as part of the Waimea Ocean Film Festival on the beautiful island of Hawaii in January 2015, as part of Irish Week at the Irish Reels Film Festival in Seattle in March 2015 and at the Fort Myers Beach Film Festival in Florida in April 2015.

One Ocean: No Limits was also purchased by Aer Lingus and was screened as part of their In-Flight Entertainment on transatlantic flights from November 2014 to January 2015.

 

European Festival Screenings

One Ocean: No Limits screened to a packed audience at rough cut stage (then entitled 'Ocean Ambition') at the Adventure Travel Film Festival in August 2013 in Dorset, England.

It was also screened at the Sport Film Festival in Italy in July 2016 where it was nominated for Best Screenplay & Best Picture.



Irish Festival Screenings

The Irish Premiere of One Ocean: No Limits took place on September 6th 2014 at the inaugural Skyroad Film Festival in Clifden, Galway. The film was also be screened & shortlisted for Best Documentary at the Fingal Film Festival in Swords, Dublin in Sept 2014.

In addition, the film was screened as part of the Indie Cork Film & Music Festival in Oct 2014 and the Clones Film Festival also in Oct 2014.
